What is RingSanta.com?
RingSanta.com offers a service that allows children to talkto Santa Claus. It's simple to order a call online. Then call (888) SANTA-TIME to talk to Santa LIVE!

How long are the calls?
RingSanta.com offers two different call lengths: 3 minutes and 5 minutes. 3 minute calls will be between 2 and 4 minutes long. Five minute calls will be between 4 and 6 minutes long. We allow some leeway in the length of the call to ensure that no one is cut off before the conversation is finished.

What will Santa talk to my child about?
There are many different things Santa may talk about, including whether your child has been good this year, what your child wants for Christmas, and what's been happening recently at the North Pole.

How much does a call cost?
RingSanta.com charges $14.99 to connect to Santa for three minutes, and $19.99 to connect to Santa for five minutes. You can also order a Keepsake CD of the recorded conversation for an additional $24.99.

What is a keepsake CD?
Our Keepsake CD is a beautifully-decorated CD that includes the conversation your child has with Santa, plus several Christmas stories read by Santa himself!

Can I get a refund for a call?
If you ordered a three minute call that did not last at least two minutes, or a five minute call that lasted for less than four minutes, and RingSanta.com caused the call to be cut short (i.e. your child did not hang up on Santa before the conversation was over), then we will refund the price of your call. Just send an email to contact@ringsanta.com and tell us what happened.

I received this as a gift. How do I use it?
Just call (888) SANTA-TIME when you're ready to speak to Santa, and enter the PIN number that was included in your gift email. You will be connected to Santa immediately. If you have any questions, please email us atcontact@ringsanta.com.
